Customer Project Spotlight: Karena Zaloudek
When Karena Zaloudek began renovating her 1960s home in Warner Robins, she had no idea what treasure lay beneath the carpet. But after peeling it back, she uncovered stunning original red oak hardwood floors just waiting to be restored. With determination, the right tools, and a little help from Powerhouse True Value Rental, she brought them back to life in a big way.
To tackle the roughly 1,600 square feet of hardwood, Karena rented:
- The American Sanders EZ-8 Drum Sander – perfect for wide open spaces and deep refinishing.
- The American Sanders Super 7 Edge Sander – ideal for tight corners and edges the drum sander can’t reach.
Together, these tools helped her smooth years of wear and discoloration, transforming her floors into a rich, glowing finish that enhances every room in the house.
Her results are absolutely breathtaking:

- The "Sanded" photos reveal clean, fresh wood grain.

Customer Project Spotlight: Charles Land
This week, we're shining the spotlight on Charles Land and a project close to the heart! Charles traveled all the way from North Georgia to help his mother get her house in Warner Robins ready for sale. Part of that involved tackling some seriously tough grime on the concrete driveway and walkways.
Charles initially rented our standard pressure washer, but the job was taking longer than expected. When he came back to Powerhouse, we knew we wanted to help him succeed. Our team got him hooked up with a surface cleaner attachment (a game-changer for large flat areas) and a solution bucket attachment to maximize efficiency. We also extended extra time through the weekend to ensure the job could be completed the right way, without the pressure of a deadline.

Customer Project Spotlight: Becky & Tony Stevens
When Becky and Tony Stevens made the trip from Nashville, Georgia to Warner Robins, they had a clear mission: open up their shaded backyard and make it functional again. With help from Powerhouse True Value Rental and the right lift for the job, they did just that — and more.
Their weapon of choice? The Snorkel TL49J Towable Boom Lift, with:

Before picking up the unit, Tony received our standard walk-through demo. They paid attention, asked the right questions, and as a result, had zero issues operating the lift throughout their entire one-week rental. That kind of preparedness makes a difference, and it paid off.
Over the course of the week, Becky and Tony:
- Trimmed back over 90% of limbs that had overtaken their property
- Removed several small nuisance trees
- Opened up their entire yard to allow sunlight for grass growth and access for Tony's semi truck
- Used the lift to straighten storm-damaged gutters
- Pressure washed their home and outbuildings
The transformation is stunning, and the improved sunlight and clearance are already making a difference in their property’s usability.
