At Powerhouse True Value, we believe in making business easy and fair. Our return policy is designed to keep things simple for our customers while protecting the quality and reliability of the products we sell.

Standard Returns

• 30 Days: Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt for a full refund.

• Power Tools: Must be returned within 7 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• No Receipt? Returns without a receipt are eligible for in-store credit or exchange only, subject to the same restocking policies.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure product safety and fairness, the following items are non-returnable:

• Generators

• Open consumables (paint, pipe glue, chemicals, cleaners, etc.)

• Open electrical wire

• Open master packs (faceplates, switches, roller naps, etc.)

• Any product purchased in anticipation of a storm or major weather event

• Clearance items

• Custom cut or made parts (hydraulic hoses, bolts, chain, rope, etc.)

• Opened PPE (gloves, safety glasses, respirators, etc.)

Special Orders

• Special order items may be returned within 30 days with a 20% restocking fee.

We value our Pros and repeat customers. If you’re one of our regulars, we’ll do our best to provide added flexibility when it comes to returns — because your success is our success.
